PROJECT MANAGER
The Project Manager (PM) is responsible in planning and delivering event projects. This includes management and finalizing of projects according to strict deadlines and budget.
The PM will also define the project’s objectives and oversee quality control throughout the project’s life cycle.
He/She has to coordinate the effort of team members, including freelancers, third-party contractors or consultants in order to deliver the projects to plan.
TECHNICAL/OPERATION MANAGER
The Technical/Operation Manager (TM/OM) has a passion for events and has the audio-visual experience and lighting knowledge. He/She provides end-to-end event production, including technical coordination, event setup and support, AV services, streaming and management.
