We are looking for the following talents to join our Asia team



The Technical/Operation Manager (TM/OM) has a passion for events and has the audio-visual experience and lighting knowledge. He/She provides end-to-end event production, including technical coordination, event setup and support, AV services, streaming and management.


  • Working closely with the project lead to produce high-quality technical proposals and deliver events from initial brief through to final reconciliation

  • Recommend creative technologies and provide guidance as per their technical implementation

  • Manage budgets, control costs and maintain detailed project files

  • Manage third-party suppliers, negotiate prices and ensure the quality of delivery

  • Manage Health & Safety documentation, financial reports, event briefs & other associated administrative documents for the department

  • On-site event management to ensure plans are followed and to maintain strong partner and client relationships

The Technical/Operation Manager works closely with project leads


  • Minimum 3-5 years experience in the Meeting & Event industry, with a proven track record of managing and delivering international events

  • Deep understanding of audiovisual solutions (sound, lighting, rigging, set building, broadcasting, multiplex systems, and webcasting)

  • Always on the lookout for new ideas about innovative and impactful ways to bring people together through event experiences

  • Strong expertise in planning, developing and delivering event technical solutions

  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

  • Adaptable to changing environments with flexible schedules, working in different cities

  • Able to manage multiple projects/budgets efficiently while meeting deadlines

  • Independent, decisive and results-driven

  • Customer-focused and positive attitude

  • Proficiency in MS Office is a must. AutoCAD, Sketchup, Vectorworks and other event-related software will be an advantage

  • Professional education in Event Management, Hotel Management, Tourism or another relevant domain will be an advantage
